“Nice welcome on arrival and advice on local parking restrictions. Nice residential area only ten minutes walk to the harbour and other attractions. Spacious bedroom with mini fridge. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Whitby, although Room only there are plenty of places to eat locally. ”

“very close to York city centre/ neat and clean but it's not en-suite, so bathroom and toilet are at different place. The door system is little tricky but don't worry!”

“This accommodation didn’t appear to be very posh and the room looked a bit dull BUT the beds were very comfortable, there was perfect silence during the night and the internet WiFi worked( despite a glitch at first possibly due to my own input or lots of others using it. To be honest this is a lot better than in the usual well known chain hotels that cost at least twice the price. Yup ! We were very happy with everything and a big THANK YOU to those responsible for this place.”

“The room was on the second floor but was just about manageable for me with a back condition. The room was clean, a bit of updating would be good as it was quite dated. The room faced the main road and was busy with traffic and also very noisy with the amount of seagulls that gathered but that is normal in a seaside town. Tamsin the owner was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The English breakfast was lovely and included in the price. I would stay there again but preferably choose a room...
