“uday vachhani 2:05 PM (22 minutes ago) to customersupport, travel, travel_hotels Dear Hotels.com Customer Support, I am writing to raise a serious complaint and demand immediate action regarding my booking for R S Hostels – Leeds (Itinerary #73153814943684) made through your platform for the night of 2nd July 2025. I arrived at the property at 10:30 PM after a long journey, only to be told that all bookings made via Hotels.com had been cancelled — including mine. I was completely blindsided....

“I stayed at the new hostel on King Street that replaced the old building very suddenly. As a result they are still in the process of setting it up but even so it is still welcoming and pleasant. They must've worked really hard to get it ready so quickly. My room and bed were excellent and I imagine nowhere else offers such great value in a major city centre on a Friday night. “It's a stunning location right on the beach, and it's a short walk over the headland or round the bay, to Robin Hood's Bay. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Super cafe bar. Relaxing seaside decor It's a gem. ”
