“Really nice stylish hotel with lovely staff and facilities. Because of a delay we arrived at the hotel after the cut off for breakfast but they went out of their way to get us a bite to eat,only a bacon bun but much appreciated. ”
“We thought overall the bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were way to hard. I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. Also a fridge would be very nice.”
“The hotel was clean and conveniently located (about a 10 min walk from the railway station). It isnt super close to the city center (about 20 min), but the walk isn’t too strenous (no hills!). Would recommend.”

“White Heart is a cracking hotel for staying at Harrogate, situated in good location the room large enough bed comfortable bathroom had over the bath shower it nice to have a room with a bath, great for relaxing after a busy day. ”

“Check in staff were very friendly and informative. Easy walking distance to the Royal Armouries. While I didn't reserve the room with the breakfast option, we were able to purchase it separately. In the future I would make I included it. ”
