“The room and view was amazing
Room was absolutely beyond and above aspectations .
Every extremely clean but only sugestions was that windows was not very Clean.
I understand that pigeons have already their places and is hard to maintained but it just too fantastic view and windows could be a little bit more clean ”
“The building is beautiful. High ceilings and original fixtures make this a special place to stay. Located in a great location near to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shannon and the other staff are friendly and efficient and made our stay enjoyable. Food was tasty in the restaurant. Breakfast in morning was good and again the staff serving were friendly. The room had everything we needed and a fantastic view of the town...
“Amazing location and friendly staff. It’s going through a refurb and the lift is currently out of order but they warned us before hand and offered to help with luggage! The hotel is so quaint and the room was perfect for us (family room)!Our room had an amazing view of the abbey! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We had Sunday lunch in the restaurant and that was amazing!! 0% alcohol on tap which is amazing (I’m alcohol free and normally stuck with bottles).Planning on many more trips...
“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and well appointed. Thankful we got moved to 1st floor as no lift and I have some mobility issues. A fan in room would have been a great addition as it was quite warm. And Leaving windows open brought in traffic noise from road out front. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.”
“The hotel was clean and conveniently located (about a 10 min walk from the railway station). It isnt super close to the city center (about 20 min), but the walk isn’t too strenous (no hills!). Would recommend.”

Only fan was not strong enough Bed were comfotable but bit small
We enjoy breakfast and 2 hours free access to pool ,saunas ,jacuzzi .

“We stayed over for a night on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was perfect for our stay with beautiful views of the Humber from an open terrace at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet with only the rabbits as neighbours. The bed was great too ensuring a good slumber near the Humber!”
