"Overall a very good hotel, my second time staying. The roommate nice and comfortable, it’s well placed near the city center. We did have an issue with our power to the room the second night, like like the cleaners blocked the card reader out of place. Once pushed back in place this issue was sorted"

"The staff were excellent and should be commended. The room was very good but not too keen in waiting for 3 days to have the room cleaned considering the amount we were charged for the room. Not really what is expected when the economy hotels do this everyday unless asked otherwise. The gym and pool was adequate for the size but gwt in there early especially the pool as it can get quite busy. The bar was well priced and not overly priced either. The food..well breakfast was excellent and very well laid out although they are not always upto speed with replenishing food which are in high demand. The restaurant...I have to say is well over priced. On the first night we used the restaurant as it was the easier option. I had the brisket mac and cheese...well there was more beef in a beef sandwich from a corner shop. Extremely disappointed especially when it looked like it had just come out of the Microwave. My partner has the prawn risotto....a plate of mushy rice with 5 prawns on the top. Least to say we never ate there for our evening meals again. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Very disturbed sleep as walls are thin and can hear TVs and people snoring from other rooms. Floors creak and doors are banging repeatedly when trying to sleep. But outdoor space and staff are great as well as the breakfast too."

"Nonissue with check in and pre information sent before hand too to make it easier Staff very attentive Clean and comfortable room Breakfast was 5 star self service you can also ask for an omelette or different style eggs We also dined at the restaurant Ginos on the evening"

"Absolutely terrible experience. We paid nearly $700 for 2 nights and this hotel was nowhere near worth the price. The lift/elevator wasn’t working, which made getting luggage up and down extremely frustrating. The AC in the room barely worked, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable the entire stay. The mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on — extremely springy, worn out, and incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel itself felt very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on chairs and furniture, which made the whole place feel unhygienic. For the amount of money charged, I expected at least a clean, comfortable, and functional hotel. This place was a huge disappointment and I would definitely not stay here again."

"Perfectly placed close to the train station and in the centre of town, the hotel was immaculate. Well furnished and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also of a very high standard. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone thinking of staying here."
