"I booked a room based on the information provided on Expedia, which was a family room. The photos didn’t give the actual reality of what the family room entitled, which was a separate toilet with no sink and then a separate shower and sink…… I didn’t know this was a 1930s layout I raise this with the staff who rectify this at once, which was great, but this now really surprised me in today’s age Also, they allow pets into the hotel which it’s not really needed and put people off"

"Watch out! They overbook you. I was forced at 9:40 pm to go to another hotel that they arranged in front of me. OK so get to stay in harrogate again for free with them and the got me another hotel, but I was planning to use the gym etc prior to my work the next day. Staff were nice and apologetic and got me sorted in an inferior hotel but this policy is unbelievable."
