“Love this gigantic place once you are inside. The dining area is mesmerizing and has the scene of an outdoor vibe. It is super quiet even though there are lots of buildings surrounding it. I couldn’t hear the rain when it rained that morning. Great prices, but I wish the breakfast has more options that are not too classic and other options should match up to the name and place of this hotel. Overall, great place to stay!!!”

“Breakfast is very good. Room was spacious and clean. Gym in the ground floor is bad, elliptical did not, treadmill did not work. I have stayed in this property three times and the treadmill never worked. I reported it in all the instances and I think it was never fixed”

“I gave this hotel a high review due to them being honest we me. Right away at check in I was informed that AC unit was not in working condition and was giving the options to opt out of the reservation with a full refund back. I decided to stay the night anyway which was not bad. The hotel was nice to remove the parking fees also which was generous of them. Overall my stay was nice, room was very spacious and clean. “We have stayed with them twice now, and I would still very highly recommend it! Friendly and efficient staff, beautiful rooms and location, and within 10-15 minutes of most tourist spots in the area! Plus, you get free entry into the zoo which is only a couple minutes away! We plan to keep coming back here for years to come.”

“Parts of the hotel have been renovated but several areas have a very shabby appearance with tiles missing from the floor and broken doors. Our first room was in a section that did not appear to be renovated and nothing worked - no phone, no WiF. We moved the bed to find a plug-in and discovered filth and debris. We were given another room, vacated by one of the managerial staff who removed most of his belongings and were told there were clean sheets on the bed. However, there were no sheets...
