โThe rooms here are lovely and well kept! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty bad... poor service and food that is reheated from a freezer to just about warm with watered down ketchup. Definitely need to go further afield for good food as the other local options also aren't great in the evenings. I also recommend that you get lots of water at the supermarket because they provide two water bottles which dont last very long. โ
โI did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. โThe property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure.

โEveryone from Fredna to the beach staff made our stay marvelous. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The room was clean and very detail oriented. They made me and my girlfriend feel like we were family. Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back โ
โThe resort is beautiful, and the beach is PERFERCT! Make sure you eat at the jerk chicken hut, see Sylvie, best lunch ever!! Had lunch 3 times in the week we were there. โWe stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal.
One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they wonโt show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal.
