"I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff in the lounge were especially courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi. Overall, my stay at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend the Club Room experience to anyone looking for a premium stay in Hanoi, and I look forward to returning again."

"Breakfast and staff were excellent. Room was clean and cleaned daily. No safe in room. No secure area to leave luggage for the day. Staff are willing to hold luggage for the day in a room frequented by many individuals. The hotel is located at the end of a narrow alley making it more challenging for Grab drivers to pick up and drop-off. Pool looked good but did not try. Neighborhood has lots of every day city life in Vietnam-fish and chicken being cleaned, families and friends gathered eating outside in front of buildings and some construction. Though very quiet from 11pm-7am for sleeping."

"This place was pretty good . The room had lots of space, a projector, kitchenette and the bed was really comfortable! I was content with the cleanliness level. Cons: it had a strong musty smell and the fire alarm on the hallway kept beeping. It’s a bit of a walk to the cooler shops but there are lots of good restaurants near by. "

"At first I was upset because they put us in a room on the lower floor that didn’t have natural light. The room itself was also poor. It was smelly, the toilet was smelly, some pillows were smelly, and the shower area would flood when bathing. But then the receptionist help to change me to higher floor with sunlight and I’m happy. I’m lucky, you may not be. Amenities: Towel, toothbrush, slippers all provided. Shampoo and soap also dont lather well so my hair can still stink afterwards. And the bottles aren’t labelled so good luck guessing which is for your hair. Location: short walk to west lake w restaurants and cafe. Going further by taxi is cheap. $1-5 to old quarter, weekend night market, water puppet theatre etc. There’s a (very) small minimart next door for water and snacks. You can collect water at first floor also. We took two tours and tour bus pick up point is just behind the hotel although you will be the earliest pick up before bus circles old quarter. Counter staff always helpful to complaints, request to change room and book tours. In short, a 3 star budget friendly place."
