"Floor was Dirty, Restroom had water damage, rooms need upgrades. When I called and ask about the bed size, was told they were queen beds. When we got to the room they were full size. When down to complain and instead of giving us options or try to make it right they only over if we wanted to check out. So we did we were not going to stay there another night there. "

"Gym was nice but a bit small. Our room was fine but the couple we were traveling with were out in an uncleaned room that was very dirty. They were able to switch rooms but seems like lack of quality control. Pool was nice but they ran out of towels "

"I have to say this place is absolutely amazing guys!!! This has got to be the best room we have ever stayed at EVER! They accommodated us with an early check in since our flight got in early- they gave us the first room available and we were very lucky and grateful for it. Room is very comfortable and clean! There is a mini fridge and microwave which was convenient. But what makes this place even more special Guys the hot breakfast that is included was AMAZING!!! They had everything you can think of for a great breakfast! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, bagels,toast, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, biscuits and gravy! Delicious breakfast ever! But wait theres more’ they also give dinner snacks with free complementary cocktail and free popcorn for kids. I cant stress enough how convenient These perks were to us. Now the pool and hot tub once again beyond awesome- they provide clean towels after a nice swim. Bathroom is available as well for your convenience at the pool. I am totally in love with this place and can’t wait to book my next visit at another Drurys Hotel! Staff were amazing as well. Very friendly and welcoming. "

"The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold outline, and only putting large refundable deposit in small letters below. which are covered by the "accept cookies" screen. Once in the room there was a odd smell in it, the sofa bed was somewhat stuck and wouldnt close without extra help forcing it in. There was no extra sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. There is only once trash can in the room, it was a small one in the bathroom. The closet hardware was held together by painters tape. Finally, the upstairs inhabitant could be clearly heard as they dropping things and ran around all night. Finally the bed and sofa bed had small stains on it. For a one night stay it was decent but I wouldnt return again."
