"Bed was good, air worked which is a plus in the summer, no place in shower to hold shampoo and stuff so you have to sit it in the shower floor but that was okay, clean room"

"We really enjoyed staying at this location for many reasons. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic. The location of this hotel is great. We were only 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. The rec room was a lot of fun as well."

"Theresa was such a good help at the front desk at check in. She help resolve a super confusing situation and got me into a ground level room which I always like because I travel with a service dog. I’ve stayed at other suites and this one was better than most. Just wish they had coffee other than the full coffee pot in the room with packaged creamer. "

"Pool looked inviting, but we didn't use. Sean and Gigi at the restaurant were great. Staff allowed an early check in which made it nice after a day of driving. I would definitely recommend. "

"The property was not as described. My phone could not pick up the wi fi. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room and it smelled of stale cigarettes. "

"Original location overbooked. Had to go 10 miles away at night time. That made it much further away from our planned destinations. No notice of overbooking until we arrived. At 2nd location, No bedding for pullout. Asked first night, still none. Only 3 pillows. Flooring gritty. No lights for pool area. Lady at front desk was very nice. "

"The bathroom had hair all over the floor and in the shower curtain. The floor of the tub was slimy. And two of our towels had rust stains on them. Towels are thin and hardly large enough for an adult to use. When I requested more, I was told that they were out of towels. Other guests (?) attempted to open our door several times in the night while loudly running and yelling up and down the hallways, terrifying my child. When I called the front desk, I was told that we should just call the cops. I attempted to speak with someone at the front desk about these concerns during our stay but they either didn't answer the calls or were unhelpful. Will NOT be staying here again."
