"I think the right word for the hotel is 'charming'. Is it dated, yes. But it's clean, near the expressway and airport, and shopping. Staff very responsive to text messages. Lobby snacks included in your stay. I would stay again."

"Stay was fine overall. What thru me off was having to check in with someone on a video call. I’m all for having people work, but was it not possibly to find someone local instead of outsourcing to some video call center in presumably another country? I get the video call check in process if we’re in places like Miami or Vegas, but Tempe AZ? Please let’s be serious lol"

"Stayed one at Omni Hotel. I got charged by Expedia for the Room and then I also got charged by the Hotel. "

"The room was not clean, originally booked a non smoking room because that's what was available upon arrival my fiancé was asked if we wanted non smoking or a smoking room, he opted for the smoking because we do occasionally smoke, but I wish he would have just done non smoking. The room was nothing like the pictures, it had not been renovated or anything. There was what looked like bullet holes in the wall. Yes could we have asked for a different room, but we were so tired from a long day and we were only staying one night and then traveling back home to Flagstaff we like this will work because we were just sleeping there. I had just got a new chest tattoo and need to wash it off, when I went to use the sink in bathroom area I let the water run for a good 10 mins and the water never got hot or even warm. So I checked the shower, it had hot water so I just took a quick shower to wash it off, but the shower curtain was dirt and the water pressure was horrible. Overall I was very disappointed because I feel like I was mislead by the photos. We didn't get a chance to say anything this morning at check out because we were running late to get back home. I have stayed at plenty of motel 6 hotels and have never stayed in one this dirt. Oh did I mention we had a double bed room and one of the beds had what looked like a few nats on it so we slept on the other one wow, do the mattresses need an upgrade. I feel like they renovated the non smoking rooms and said screw the smoking rooms."

"I booked this hotel solely for the “free shuttle” service that I would’ve needed to get to Sky Harbor early the next morning. It wasn’t until I checked in, and wanted to schedule my free shuttle service, I learned that the shuttle services wouldn’t start until 5:30am but I needed it at 2:30am for my 5am flight. Lesson learned, I’ll lookout for “24 Hour Shuttle Service” instead, should I need that in the future. Room and location was clean. I didn’t get to experience much more of this location since I had to leave early. "
