"The entire hotel smells like mold and dust. There's bugs all over the place. My room reeked with the smell of cigarettes (so much for non-smoking hotel) so badly that I had trouble sleeping, and all of my work clothing smelled like I was a heavy smoker (I have never smoked in my life) which was very embarrassing. All of the cabinets are falling apart or already dislodged. The towel holder rod in the bathroom literally fell apart holding a towel when I went to dry my hands. There was literal dirty underwear just casually sitting in the middle of the first floor hallway for multiple days. There were at least 6 grasshoppers just infesting the stairway and hallways for multiple days to the point that one of them lunged on top of me as I was just trying to go up the stairs and had to frantically shake it off. The plates in the kitchen looked dirty so I had to go buy paper plates. The blowdryer could barely dry my hair, it took x3 longer than it would normally take to dry my hair because of the model. The worst part about this experience was how thin the walls were. I could not sleep at night on multiple occasions. The noise of dogs frantically running around the room above me could be heard for over 6 hours. My room window was closed tight and even through curtains I could overhear full blown conversation (2 AM) for a few hours when I needed to get up at 7 AM for work, so I barely got sleep. The upstairs noise was a constant for all of the nights. The gym smelled like mold too...."

"Area was good. Didn't feel shady or unsafe. Only issue was hearing Razors/off-road vehicles until about midnight. Motors were very loud and sounded close. Other than that it was fine. What you'd expect from a Motel 6."

"Yeah, we stood in room 242 sleeping quarters are OK the restroom the shower are very subpar very small. I am 5’5” and it’s hard to be to get in that bathroom between the door and the toilet and the repairs that we’re done in the bathroom look like they were done by grade school child very poor if I was able to send you pictures, I would doesn’t look like it could sell them."

"Fantastic staff! Lovely location off the 202. Love the full kitchen and laundry in the room. It was clean and comfy. The grounds were very well taken care of. Will stay here when we come to Phoenix. "
