"The property wasn't kept up. Alot of people loitering around the parking lot at night. Didn't feel safe. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. Honestly my partner and I got sick from staying there for 3 days . We did tell the office but they didn't seem to care . The room was upstairs and I am handicap so it was hard for me to get up and down the stairs . They said they didn't have no room in the 1 st floor which the motel wasn't full u could tell . Very disappointed . I wanted to get a refund of at least half my money back. .we won't stay here again"

"Worse experience I ever had then after I paid on line the made me pay a 50$ dollar deposit and said the was gone refund the money soon ass I check out but never sent the 50$ back .. said it was a deposit just in case you smoke in the room whole time I don’t smoke but still haven’t received my money the also have bed bugs no sleep room looks clean but when light go out bed bugs come out"

"Hotel is beautiful and I was surprised at the location and design with it being my first time there. Check in was a breeze and the lobby was so pretty with the waterfall inside by the cafe and front desk. The inside bar by the lobby was nice, had a great view and the staff working there were friendly, attentive, and great. We enjoyed food and drinks from the bar and patio and everything was tasty. It really gave a “resort” type of feel. Warning to anyone who hasn’t been, there are a TON of stairs if you plan on going to the pool and wandering around. The place also feels like a maze at times, especially at night. The bartenders at the pool bar were not friendly and barely gave any attention. I get that the timing is off at times but it’s the weekend and the least they could do is acknowledge patrons at the bar. I consistently felt like I was an inconvenience to them by being there and ordering. They would look up at me, all 3 of them, then ignore me. Maybe the bar is closing up which is valid, a little communication could help. After waiting a couple of minutes being ignored, I walked up to the upstairs bar to get drinks, no big deal. As i walked down, the bartender was helping others with new orders. Either you’re closing or you’re not right? And with those stairs, this was not an easy feat between the pool and bar multiple times. Overall I would stay here again, plan better when going to bar and pool, and I would just avoid the pool bar completely. Beautiful view and pool"

"The room was not particularly clean; hair on the bathroom floor, dingy tub, etc. The electrical outlets in the bathroom area were not working so the blowdryer also didn't work. We didn't bother to ask for a different room due to our busy schedule. The breakfast is lovely and fresh, the airport shuttle is fast and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is plentiful. "
