"Staff was great especially Front desk Darrens. Property was experiencing a really bad leak so property didn't look the greatest. We tried to turn the tv on the first night and it did not work and the toilet did not flush very well. We called at like 9pm and they did they would send someone but no one came. The next day we called again in the morning before going out and a new remote was there but toilet still had issues until we checked out. Remote still was acting up so we didnt even watch tv our while time there. Also cause of the leak tried to take alittle early nap around 5pm could hear people working on it upstairs and dragging stuff around. Stay was ok could have been better but we were next door at atlantis majority of the time. So it worked out."
