"This hotel was great spot! The staff are friendly and it was helpful that they spoke English. The hotel is very close to the train stations, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is small (like most hotels in Tokyo) but definitely fine for 2 adults. This hotel is in the red light district so be aware of that but it never caused any issues for us. Definitely would come back! "

"Sotetsu fresa inn gave me everything i wanted. I stayed 3 nites. I asked the staffs about 5 times for services and each time they found what i needed within 2 minutes. The location is super convenient.. right on top of higashi shinjuku station. Within 3 minutes walk there is a supermarket. The facility is super modern.. very compact and very well designed "
