"The staff here were excellent! We were greeted every time we came into the lobby or told to have a great day/night when we left. We got a daily text from a staff member asking if we needed anything. The room was clean upon arrival. We didn’t use the cleaning service during our stay after that. We did enjoy the room had two queen beds which was perfect for our family with older kids. The rooftop bar actually had amazing views-I’d 100% recommend to a guest who wants to take in the views! We went on a rainy night but were surprised to see they had igloos we could sit in to enjoy our drinks. The one downfall of the hotel was it was kind of noisy at night. The first night I could have sworn we’d left the window open I could hear so much street noise, sirens, horns, etc. Nope, it was just kind of that way. We got used to it, but it was definitely not quiet in the room at night. The hotel was in a great location to walk to many things. I’d probably pick a quieter neighborhood next time, but everything about the hotel itself was great! "

The request to pay in advance outside of the app was worrying, but all made to work at the end after several lengthy calls... The condition of the rooms and common showers can be improved... All in all, best deal in Manhattan if you don't want to pay a fortune and can compromise with the condition of the rooms"
