“We had a great time ! Comfy and cosy. Will stay here again !”

“방은 크고 마음에 들었는데 청소상태는 불량함. 침대시트에서 머리카락이 여러개 나왔고, 테이블등 먼지가 엄청 쌓여있어 신경이 쓰여 잠을 못 잘 지경이었음. 그동안 다녀본 호텔 중 청소최악임.”

“Breakfast choices: toast, muffin, bagel, English muffin, boiled egg, cereal. Although my room had double beds, the room was cleaned. Down side: wish there had been higher wattage light bulbs. The owners' son checked us in (I'm sorry that I don't remember his name). Very friendly and helpful.”

“Pagosa Lodge room was clean, comfortable & safe for two girls traveling from Texas. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We booked last minute and got a room right inside near the front desk. Loved it!”

“i injoyed the convenience of how everything was handle online with the check in. The room are spectacular, Very recommendable!!”

“Room was nice. There was no TV in my room which is ok cuz not many people need to watch TV in their hotel rooms when visiting Pagosa Springs. There was no AC in my room but an electric fan only. I was ok with sleeping in the room with windows open. Front office informed us after 10PM is quiet hrs because the walls are not sound proof. This is due to it being an old building.”

“We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset! ”

“The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...

“The cabin was beautiful! Had enough room and it was very clean. Very easy access to the lake. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely stay again.”

“I like how the check is set up with personal information to access the room”

“Great location, unfortunately weather was bad and couldn't not really go anywhere to explore. TV remote stopped working and host was supposed to respond as I called and she didn't call back. No tv and couldn't really leave. Had to leave a day early as more rain was coming and not much to do in the house. Part of town was closed due to weather”
