“Our stay at the Condado Vanderbilt was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, the amenities and restaurants were fabulous. The location was really nice as well. Lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. One downside was waiting for ice to be brought to the room, as they do not have an ice machine for guests.”

“We had a great 3 night stay here. The property was very nice. Easy in/out parking. Plenty to do/see/eat within walking distance. Had a private salsa dance lesson on the beach. Live music down at the lobby bar. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The room and the view were very nice, except for the broken window. Seriously one of the windows was barely attached and hanging out of its opening. It was covered by curtains so we didn’t notice it until an airplane took off and sounded like it was right outside the window. I called the desk and they offered us another room with 2 full beds instead of the king we booked so we just kept the room, it was our anniversary. “Went to this property a year ago and it was very good. We were excited to go back, but were incredibly disappointed. Has really declined in the past year. We had 2 rooms, only one of which would actually cool down. The vents in the ceiling had so much dust and what looked like "mud dobber" nests in them that you almost didn't want to turn the fan on anyway?! Both refrigerators were turned to basically room temperature when we first got there. One of the refrigerators you could not use because...
