“Had an amazing stay, i was in a corner suite on top floor, amazing view of the ocean. Room had good air con and ceilings fan. Kitchen was really nice. Pool was clean and nice. The best part were the staff, really nice and friendly Couple minor things, toliet flush was temperamental (twice flush) sun lounges could do with replacing the cushions or slip covers. These are very minor elements to a perfect stay”

“Relaxing lovely stay at the Princess Heights Hotel. We were family on vacation for 1 week. Loved the price that made the trip so affordable. renting a car was super easy and island has a main road that was easy to drive all around. The hotel is up on a mountain area with beautiful views. the room was so spacious. great ac. housekeeping was great. fresh croissants and coffee for breakfast on the balcony was a wonderful start to the day. very relaxing quiet area of st maarten. the staff is so nice...

“All amenities were removed from resort and beach area became public with locals using parasols. No bars at beach area and no animations. Would only go back if resort becomes all inclusive.”
