“We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were very nice to have, especially since we had two kids with us. There were plenty of choices for restaurants, easy to get reservations, and our kids took advantage of the snorkel gear, basketball courts, and swimming pools. We mostly loved the beaches and clear blue water that the kids loved swimming in every day! “Buffett was terrible, food sat out for what looked like hours. Wait staff was not friendly and seemed as if everything was a hassle, even just getting coffee. The only way to get decent service was to ensure you left a modest tip, for everything, the staff definitely talks to each other and labels those who don’t tip well or at all. It was very obvious”

“The beach was the absolute best part of this resort. It was shallow and warm and the provided floats made our days so enjoyable! We liked how the resort was set up, stairs and different levels as opposed to the typical resort arrangement.”

“Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.”
