"Very friendly staff Very clean We stayed overnight to make a busy weekend in London,Perfect for the price. Close to Ilford station so the use of the Elizabethan line came in handy. Gants Hill station for the Central line. is a bus ride away . Overall cant fault the Hotel."

"Very surprised by the service, condition, breakfast etc for an Ibis budget, it was brilliant, will definitely be staying again. The rooms, although basic, are very well sound proofed. The breakfast has all the main basics, and the parking is ample. "

"Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad "
