"Staff were very friendly and it was a very nice property. The rooftop view of the pyramids is very hard to beat. However some of the linen and towels did have stains on them at check in which was unfortunate."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent, a clean room with deep soaker tub and view of the Nile (executive room). All the staff from reception to housekeeper to lifeguard were pleasant and helpful beyond belief, I have never felt so pampered. The executive lounge was wonderful for food, snacks and drinks, all staff courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel."
