"We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at AR218. It is located in a beautiful area of Condessa close to great restaurants and access to major museums and local historical sites. The room was very comfortable and quiet. For the occasions we needed something in the room or information the AR218 staff and manager were responsive and professional. We’ll be back when we visit CDMX again!"

"Just got back tonight after 6 nights at Casa Mali. First time in Mexico City and this was a winner. Great location at the south end of a beautiful park, very safe area with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Secure entry with 24 h guard who lets you in. Boutiques for shopping in all directions. We got a master suite with separate bedroom and it was quite spacious and since the bedroom was on the interior, also quiet. Laundry in the room a real bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I am beyond disappointed with my stay here. We chose this apartment specifically because they confirmed via email prior to booking that we could store our luggage until 9pm on our final day. Once we arrived, they reneged on this promise, claiming storage was only available until 3:30pm. This left us scrambling last minute to find external storage, costing us an extra 300 pesos and a massive amount of unnecessary stress. The management repeatedly told us they were "looking into" our inquiry, only to confirm the night before that we couldn't store past 3.30. The description for this property incorrect. While it list a concierge and a bell boy, we didn't see a single member of staff during our entire stay. Our room was never cleaned, and we were left with only one set of towels for the duration of our trip. To make matters worse, we were informed that we were limited to just two rolls of toilet paper and would be charged if we required more. ​While the apartment itself is admittedly nice, it doesn't compensate for the service in my opinion. The bedroom lets in a significant amount of light, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to light, you will likely struggle to get any rest here. We booked this on the basis of the promised amenities and storage; otherwise, we would have opted for a proper hotel. You’re essentially paying to rent an apartment with limited services. Really disappointed."

"Hotel is newly renovated. Room and breakfast room were clean. Breakfast was satisfactory level. Breakfast staffs were kind and helpful to accommodate my request of warming up my milk. Wish they have a microwave. Location is good."
