Plenty of shops / restaurants nearby! Super clean and friendly helpful staff to assist when needed. Great location for transport and only 10-12 minutes from Hiroshima Main Station.

The room was large by Japanese standards, but it's not sound proofed, as my room faced the main street, it was very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Also the room was very dark, I would have preferred a lighter environment.

The room was clean and great.
A little negative point may be that they only have two small elevators, which are often full of people with large luggages and a long time to wait for.
I also wished that there were a safe in the room as well as stationary. The phone in the room didn’t work to reach the front desk.
