"Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient."

"Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! "A really wonderful place to stay. Our family of four booked a traditional Japanese room and thought it was perfect - plenty of space, a comfortable couch, a bathroom well appointed and arranged. We loved the onsen and chance to book a smaller private onsen as well. The lounge upstairs with deck area was great to relax afterwards. We were sorry to leave!"

"The property is so close to the train station / ferry! We had a excellent stay, and it was great value for money. The only con is that there aren't any restaurants at walking distance. But we only stayed for a night, and highly recommend it!"
