"I stayed quite a few days here, the Eiwa stations are just crossing the street, it was really easy to use as starting point to commute to other transport main lines. Breakfast was really good, employees kind and helpful, they had no issue in communicating through translator which was a good thing as a non Japanese speaker. "WE LOVED IT!! so amazing and so pretty and near the station ugh just what we needed for my DAS auntie who has trouble walking the station was close by with an elevator. DAS service was very amazing. We love the staff and the unlimited amenities. Room was nice and clean and perfect. Thank you richmond hotel for our nice stay in OSAKA!! whoooo will be coming back !!!"
