So I asked to change the room but they told me there are not available room. I have to move out and I can’t stay. I asked to cancel the remaining two nights. The manager told me they will refund me for the remaining two nights. I recorded it. So I moved out the next day morning. After that, the manager informed me they would refund 25% of the first night only and...

“위치대비 가격만 저렴한 편었는데, 다 이유가 있었던것 같아요. 4층까지 엘베도없이 캐리어들고 이동해야하고, 좁은공간에 이것저것 다 갖추려다보니 엄청좁아진 사회초년생들의 원룸같은 느낌입니다. 프론트가 없어 한국서 사전 온라인체크인을 하고, 입실전날 엑세스코드까지 받는데 하나라도 잘못되면 여행이 어그러지는데 좀 불안했어요. 온라인 사전예약시 잘 모르는걸 물어보려해도 호텔스닷컴 고객센터와 연결도 잘 안되고 호텔과 소통은 또 답변 시간이 많이 걸려서 여행직전까지 다소 불안했어요. 이걸 감안하면 위치는 여행하기 좋았습니다”
