Solo había una toalla un poco rota pero enseguida el staff se ofreció a cambiarla. Me hubiera gustado tener acceso a café y té como decía en las amenities pero el lobby quedaba en otro hotel a dos cuadras aprox y el café del restaurante habría desde las 8am. “This Hotel is located right in the center of old San Juan! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Nightlife, and shopping! El Moro Castle is literally a few minutes away. Hotel is super clean and smells fresh. Anytime we needed fresh towels or if the room needed a refresh they were so fast and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 6 nights, and wished our stay was longer. We most definitely will be back.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always willing to help and very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Although the parking was at the back of the hotel, it had an accessible and direct entrance, making entry easy. The only thing it needs is an elevator for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. “The hotel looked and smelled clean, that was very reassuring. The rooms with no balcony were small, ie...there's no closet. Funny thing is the toilet flush is incredibly loud! LOL The adjacent mini store available to guest was so convenient. The check-in was fairly quick. We were surprised that it offered NO continental coffee, let alone breakfast. For the most part, the staff was helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.”
