“Okay for a last minute hotel. Most staff was nice. The outlets are too loose and do not work. We parked our car with valet and 2 hours later at 1:30 in the morning someone while we were sleeping woke us up by a knock on our door to pay for our valet which could’ve waited since they do have our keys and it’s not like we could’ve retrieved our car. They had us come down at 1:30 in the morning to pay for our valet which we could’ve done that morning. Very unprofessional and especially as two...

“Very wonderful place. Only 2 issues. I felt the room needed a phone to contact the front desk and I wish we were notified about the construction on the street in front of the building (which made it a little hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the area). Besides that, most things are in walking distance, the rooms were clean and well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful”

“Nicely situated on the Beach front. Large bathroom. Main thing that brings the rating down is the drilling that goes on 11 hours a day on the site right next to our balcony. It is relentless and impossible to relax as well as have the balcony covered in building dust all of the time. If you are looking for a relaxed break this site won’t be it for some time to come as they’ve only just started on the foundations unfortunately. Happy hour is also disappointing as it only applies in the inside...

“This is the 5th time we are staying at the hotel. Hotel needs to be remodels. Rooms have smell carpets are old. Everything needs to be updated. Even service this time wasn’t great.”
