Really nice hotel in an excellent location. Right above a major subway station which is part of ‘the walk’, basically a huge underground mall with everything you can imagine. Room was very nice, staff were super friendly and helpful, and we paid for the city view upgrade which was well worth it - amazing view!! If the weather is bad you can walk through the underground mall/metro system all the way to Dotenbori.

Wonderful hotel with a great size family area with couch, refrigerator, and freezer. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. There is an excellent bakery on the first floor as well as the restaurant. I managed to snag some fried fish tacos and they were delicious (and I’m from Texas). The cocktails served on the 6th floor patio were amazing. There’s a great vibe there.
