“Breakfast does not cater to Vegan at all. Room is ok but there are noise to the area (not because of the property management but because there is a pub next door).”

“Very friendly people”

“Our room decor was very tired and tatty, the shower was no more than warm, the plug in the sink was broken and the shower had no hand held wand so you had to get wet all over. The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok.”

“주변이 시내가 아니라는 것 빼곤 전부 좋습니다 건 옆에 슈퍼도 있고”

Lovely food, great decor, lovely attention to detail including the gorgeous smelling toiletries provided. The bed was very comfy with lovely bedding. We will definitely return and also try out other pubs in the Chickpea Group.”

The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures. We found their restaurant had a...

“the food was excellent, but the room was very very small in one place there was only about 9 inches from the wall of the bathroom.”

“Lovely place to stay out in the country”
