“The only issue with this place is it's location. Seriously it's very isolated and difficult to get to. If you are going to be carrying luggage, it would be annoying. We planned ahead and left our luggage at Kyoto's main station, and only brought a smaller travel bag with us to this area because of it's remoteness. The statff was very friendly, the rooms are HUGE compared to most Japanese hotels. We were happy there, but only because it was a short stay. ”

“Laundry was a nice option to have in the middle of our vacay. Super close to the castle and reasonably close to metro and bus stop to make getting around easy.”

“Friendly staff”

“We stayed in their special Hello Kitty room and it was everything as promised. Super fun to get special merch and a huge plus to have a fridge and a place to sit. It was also located quite great and right by the older town of Kyoto and a short walk from Gion. Only minus though is the short check-in hours and other than that the hotel is not staffed. Everything is also a code and we made the mistake of taking a picture of the wrong one and had to go through quite the hassel with getting it back...

“Wonderful place for tourist~”
