"Very disappointed with this hotel. Its layout is odd and awkward; you have to take one tiny elevator to get you to the lounge level, then another tiny elevator to your actual floor, all while dragging your luggage because there is no Bell Hop. Rooms needed maintenance and updating. Maid service left dirty towels on the floor twice!"

"When we entered the room it was really hot (bearing in mind it was 24 degrees outside). I called reception and was told that this was because the heating was still on. They said they'd turn the heating off and advised I open the windows. Unfortunately, the road off which the hotel sits in very unpleasant. I wasn't comfortable to walk around there in the evening with my kids so couldn't go out for a proper dinner. There was shouting outside the window all night which made it very hard to sleep."

"The hotel was perfect. The breakfast was very nice, and the hotel offered "boxed" breakfasts for mornings we had early departures. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended. "

"The pictures in the ad are nothing what it actually is for the buffet. The fruit is pineapple apples, oranges. The A/C did not work. No English option on the TV. Water pressure very poor. "
