"The staff was amazing! They were so friendly. It was great getting to know them. The rooms were nice and clean. The food was very good as well. We had a great stay during our 11 days there. The only recommendations I would have are more entertainment and a shuttle to Playa. We really missed not going to 5th avenue."

"The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There are three pools — one dedicated for kids and two for adults — which makes it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their preferred atmosphere. We especially liked an easy access to the beach, making it simple to move between the pool and the ocean throughout the day. There were never any issues finding clean towels, which is always a plus at a busy resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, consistently going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was very tasty with a good variety of options. The only improvement I would suggest is offering a buffet option during lunch in addition to the sit-down menu. A buffet would provide a bit more flexibility and quicker service for guests who prefer a lighter or faster midday meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this resort for both families and adults looking for a relaxing getaway."

"We enjoyed the warm welcome with Pina colada popsicles and fast check in. Very clean rooms and beach as sea weeds are removed daily by staff. We enjoyed the fun activities arranged by Itzel and Betzie, including Margarita rally, foam party, paddling board, and card games. Excellent food quality. Food was a la carta instead of buffet for lunch, which was great as it was served fresh, but anticipate a bit of wait at the international restaurant. It has 3bars so no need to wait for long to get a drink. Drink was sometimes a lot more juice than actual drink at the end of the day. I felt like the restaurant staff were overworked from early morning to midnight which was not fair to them"

"We just spent two incredible weeks here. The resort was fantastic, food excellent, and staff made us feel at home. Shout outs to Roberto and Kevin in the Bordeaux Restaurant, Vanessa at the Spa, Angelique our Housekeeeper, and especially our Amigo Pedro in the Portofino Restaurant. "

"The food everywhere was delicious. I was assigned a renovated room, which was clean and had a great view. Although the shower drain was a bit slow... All the staff members were friendly. Ocean Coral left me with such great memories that I’m planning to visit again."
