“Initially, we were given a cramped single-bed room instead of our reserved Superior Room (two queen beds). When I asked to double-check, they changed our room but didn't even bother to apologize. That staff member was terrible and left me with a bad first impression of Quebec. The location was a bit of a distance to the Old Town, but it was okay, and everything else was pretty fine overall.”

“Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Très vieux et sale.”

“The reception wasn’t friendly at all. ”

“Fantastic experience, clean rooms, great location and friendly staff.”
