"First of all the staff were always polite and extremely helpful. The front desk people booked an excursion to Amalfi and Positano by boat at our request with pick up at our marina. Asking them for help with any excursions is a smart move.

Excellent location in the centre of Sorrento and easy access to the train station and bus station and also not far from the port to get the ferry .
Room on 5th floor was a good size recently refurbished and had a great walk in shower . Hot water was always available and toiletries available.
