"I enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The only thing that was terrible was the bathroom. The toilet kept clogging when it flush right but staff was great and it was clean."

"Just returned from our 6 day trip. 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed in the family selection.
The good…
-Lots of dining food options.
-Access to all the property’s.
-Pool right outside our room. The kids loved this.
-Transportation around the resort.
-Beautiful and clean resort.
-The butler service. You text them what you need and boom it’s delivered to the room and you tell them what dinner options you would like for your stay on the first day and they make the reservation for you.
-Pools are beautiful and not over crowded.
-Love the swim up bar.
-Staff was very nice and very helpful.
- The Market comes every Wednesday and Saturday some local vendors.
- They have a kids club though we did not use this.
-Family selection had free water, drinks, and candy bar for the kids with snacks.
-Water is filtered and completely safe.
- Rooms were very nice and clean.
Now the not so great.
- When you arrive they try to set you up on a one
hour tour and offer you all the Incentives. They pitch it as a marketing. A simple no thank you a few times did not stop the sales pitch. I understand this is their jobs and I respect that but it was a little much.
- Beach was not something you wanted to swim in. Nobody was ever in the water due to the seaweed. Not resorts fault. Just a bummer.
- Drinks were really weak even when asked for
A double.
I would recommend this resort and stay there again. Just maybe a different time of year due to the beach issue.

Room was, odd, with regards to the open concept closet and ridiculously low countertops.

"Huge property. Lots of walking. Buffet at the Palace was excellent. Restaurants were a nice change.
Snorkeling/swimming with turtles was the highlight. Activities staff were awesome.
A dedicated coffee shop and area for quick snacks would be a good addition. "

"We have gone here 6 times . We brought our neighbours and their kids and they cannot get over the good and staff and resort. Renovated since we went . Shows are amazing grease, Micheal Jackson , light show. And craft market in Thursdays "
