"My family and I went to the jacuzzi to relax at night. I cut my foot while inside it on what we assumed to be glass. There was alot of blood. We went to the front desk and showed pictures and videos of my wound. The lady gave us a few bandages and an incident report to fill out after saying the general manager wasn't present and saying it was out of their control. We felt like she didnt care. After cleaning up my wound in our room we went back to the jacuzzi to check if the staff was cleaning it out or at least roped it off to other guests and nope it was still operating as if nothing happened. What if another family went in after us and got hurt too? Did the front desk think we were lying? Does this staff not care about our safety? How am I supposed to enjoy the rest of my vacation now? Super disappointing, i thought this was a high end hotel to stay at. If I could give zero stars I would."

"This was a very calm and pleasant stay. The resort was clean and orderly they tended to are request very timely. The room was clean and modern. There is no airport shuttle just an fyi. The TV had modern cable, no streaming options. Which was kind of nice, felt nostalgic. The fitness room can definitely be improved with an added weight set (barbells). Over all a very good stay and modest pricing."

"The hotel staff did not explain the cleaning staffs schedule. My rooms shower floor was dirty and the shower handle mechanics were broken couldn’t turn the water on or off to take a shower had to call maintenance . I also think breakfast is too early. Currently 6:00am until 9:00am. Should change to 7:00am until 10:00 am"
