"People were screaming and fighting in the parking lot groups of people were sitting around smoking dope so never got to use the amenities. Rooms were horrible like something out of a bad rocky movie. Staff sat on the phone and were no help. Hotel room sheets were so rough they felt more like a curtain than a sheet. Incredibly rough and itchy. Flooring was fake wood linoleum bubbling up in places shower was a low budget insert. This was clearly a 65 dollar a night room. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here unless you like drunks drug addicts and fights outside your room. Avoid the elevator it smells like urine and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time. "

"The parking cost was exaggerated. Continental breakfast was $15 way too expensive for the little things that they had. The attitude of the staff is horrible. The condition of the room falling apart. I will never stay at this place again."

"Booked this property based on price, location and pool. We didn’t end up using the pool but I did see it being cleaned each morning. Location was central to the activities we chose to do and close to fancy mall that my daughter loved. There is no restaurant on the property but several hotels close by that do have food options. The laundry room was great to have, although it found out that they do not allow and loads of laundry to start after 8pm, which was inconvenient as we were sightseeing all day. I did like the coffee available 24/7 in the lounge and there was free drinking water in the lobby that we filled our bottles with every day. Our room was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful."

"I love the hotel. It was a little overcrowded, you have security in the front since it was Christmas and hold off some people behind because you couldn’t even walk in there."

"The hotel location is very convenient, easy to go everywhere. the room is clean and spacious, the outdoor pool looks great( we were busy playing around the city and didn’t have time to try), the staff members are super nice, they even didn’t charge me for losing one room card. The hotel in San Diego usually charged parking fee, Sheraton started to charge 35$ for one night(compared to other hotel, it is reasonable), but they offered me a surprise to exclude the parking fee( you know ,sea world parking 40$). Another thing the tv is not only big, it also provides so many interesting channels. My overall experience was excellent ! My family had a fantastic time at Sheraton !"
