“This place needs work. It was affordable and not far from the boardwalk though. It didn’t feel very clean, there were holes in the walls, and the latch was near broken off the door. It seems like they’re working on it because the bathroom was renovated but everything else is falling apart. It didn’t feel incredibly safe but the staff was friendly.”

“Had a late check in and the property was a little difficult to find at night. But our stay went well. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.”

“Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

“Small motel in a decent walkable location that's worth the stay. Comfortable room with a separate office with a double stack freezer/fridge. All the essentials were clean (bathtub/bed/toilet) but I would say the walls, doors and frames could use a quick wipedown. Parking seems adequate. A quick walk to the pier and downtown to the restaurants, record stores and bars.”
