Shinbashi, Tokyo hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotels

Good location and great breakfast

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Convenient location, quiet, and excellent staff. They are exceptional. Breakfast a surprise, just breads. However, coffee very good. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a variety of juices offered all day! Although the rooms are small, we were quite comfortable. We would stay there again.

Rooms are a bit tighter than they look in the pictures and bathroom has a step that requires mindfulness.

Nice room and service

Nicely appointed clean room. A bit larger by Japanese standards, slifhtly smaller by Western. No work spacen but was a great place to relax. I really appreciated the clothing spray in the wardrobe.

This was a Christmas trip and we wanted to be somewhere quiet but close to the train if we need to get out. This hotel provided both of those things. They were helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and modern. I would stay here again. It was small for 3 people but it was 2 adults and a child. We made it work..

Amazing stay for my first time in Japan! Fun experience staying in a capsule recommend for those traveling alone.

Clean, and spacious for a big group

The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient. Plus, being within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and yes, even the indispensable 7-11s, added immense value to our stay. The...

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,
