"This was a very cute property near to the central shopping area of Nara and to Nara Park. The major tourist attractions are in easy walking distance, and of course I loved the easy access to all the restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast is a brick toast with a choice of butter, jam, red bean, or egg salad, with a salad and coffee. It's a very tasty breakfast but not especially heavy."

"1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。"
