There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. "The room was great. Clean and with wonderful views. The staff that checked us in made us wait more than 30 minutes because supposedly they did not have the room we had requested (corner room). I kept asking if everything was ok because they were speaking Japanese and finally he told me. Then he just said sorry we don’t have your room. And that was it. He didn’t offer an upgrade or any vouchers or anything. Just, sorry we don’t have your room. Then he said if it was ok if we stayed in a ‘family’ room. I didn’t know what he meant but in the end, when we went to the room, it was still really clean and nice."
