"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. "My family and I were very happy with our stay at Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi. I booked a room for three and it was perfect. I received all the necessary check-in information in a timely manner, which made it hassle free when we arrived. I'm glad that there was an area to store our luggages before check-in time. The room was clean and very spacious. We also had a laundry area and we were able to dry our clothes in our room- this was a huge plus. There was a kitchen area with some dishes that we could use. We were less than 5 minutes away from the train station which made it easy for us to navigate and visit places around Osaka. All we had to do was cross the street and take the elevator to the train station. The staff were helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It was worth it and comfortable. The room was huge compared to other places I've stayed at in Japan. Self check-in and check-out was simple. There was an option for English which made it easy to understand. There were many restaurants within walking distance of Eslead Hotel. Overall, our stay was excellent! Thank you Eslead Hotel!"

"The hotel is beautifully positioned adjacent to the park, so watching the deer while enjoying a drink is easy. The rooms are absolutely fine with plenty of space, good views and are very clean. My only disappointment is that they are trying too hard to be 'fancy'. The drinks menu at the bar area is very nice, but just far too select to the point of being minimal. No water in the room, you collect from a filter unit in the basement in a jug. There's a kettle but only matcha tea provided. Etc . It's just not my style at all, but may suit many people."
