"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn ’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"掃除はされていましたが、畳が茶色で削れてて 部屋の中の襖が破れてはいませんが、茶色のシミがあり ちょっと匂いがして とても気分が 良くなかった。お風呂 トイレが共同はとても辛かった。嫌だったので、お風呂には入りませんでした。とても疲れていたので、眠りましたが、早く 立ち去りたい気持ちでいっぱいでした。"
