"Acabamos de visitar este hotel es nuestra primera vez llegando allí y Cris nos recibió súper bien, es bien atento, con una buena actitud siempre con una sonrisa y preguntando si necesitábamos algo, muy servicial, súper profesional y asegurándose que nuestra estadía allí fuera de lo mejor, queremos dar las gracias porque, que nos hayan recibido así hizo nuestro día, y con ganas de volver a regresar… Todo súper bien los empleados muy amables, el área de la alberca está súper bien nuestros hijos se divirtieron muchísimo. Cerca del hostel hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes, está súper cerca de SeaWorld, recomendado 👌 Dios los bendiga a todos y que continúen haciendo un buen trabajo 👍🙏 El cuarto estaba súper limpio y la alberca también… Solo como nota cobran 10 dólares el estacionamiento por noche."

"Very professional and experienced staff. I watched and listened to the front desk clerk dealing with a customer at checkout. who was making a big display about an error made his company's agent. Hilton Honor protocol was followed to the letter by the desk clerk and the issue was resolved respectfully by the clerk. Some businesses travelers do more damage to their business by the way they conduct themselves. The desk clerk made Hilton look good by his professional conduct with a difficult person. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had you are awesome."
