“Hotel was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.”

“We were in room 302 which has a sea view and was very clean and well presented. My only comment on the room is it was very warm, it felt like the heating was on, even though the outside weather was 20 degrees and overcast. I was also a bit surprised at the additional £50 I was asked to pay on check in (????), although this is refunded when you check out. The staff are very nice and the hotel very good and I would recommend a stay here. The hotel is very high up and there are a lot of steps to...

“This is a lovely hotel in an amazing cbtesk location in the city. We were going to an event at the City Hall which is just 5 min walk away. It’s got plenty of restaurant choices in easy walking distance and is situated in a lovely part of the city on the edge of the lovely Peace Garden. The staff were friendly and the hotel lobby and bar are really nice as was our bedroom. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but has a deal with a large car park 5min walk away at a discounted rate. ”

“Nice spacious rooms well appointed happy friendly staff. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast, rather than seat yourself have a seat assigned as we found no where to sit.”

“Everything about this hotel was truly wonderful. On arrival we received a warm welcome followed by a free room upgrade. The room was roomy, well equipped and clean. The hotel facilities also did not disappoint - the spa was a good way to start the day, whilst the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back if we are ever in the area again”
