"Such a great stay. Staff were very friendly, room is modern and while like all Japanese hotel rooms it's a bit smaller it still is large enough. Location is right next to the stairs from Kitahama Subway Station (make sure to take exit 3 so you don't go walk around in circles like I did when I arrived.) In addition to the general items you get a token for a free drink each day in the lounge area from 3-10pm and you can check out by machine if no additional costs. A great place and will...

"It’s conveniently located at B6 exit of the Namba Station. The room was tidy and the amenities were plenty. The breakfast was good enough."

"We stayed at several hotels on our trip to Kyoto and Osaka. Villa was definitely the most impressive. The staff is super attentive and the rooms are quite spacious compared to the other hotels that we stayed at. Also super convenient area with lots of dining options and only about 6 minutes from Osaka Station!"

"The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly. "

"We loved our hotel location. It was close walking distance to many small eating and drinking establishments. Our room was clean and small (which is understandable). Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to have our bags transported to our next hotel. "

"The only reason why i would not give it 5 stars is that they give you 2 pillows and the duvet is not long enough for the bed. Its extremely uncomfortable for tall people. But overall extremely nice"

"Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago. "

"This is a fantastic location. The hotel is quite nice. The fitness center is reasonably well-equipped for 2-3 people to use at one time, and is free to use between midnight and 5AM. The buffet is fantastic. The location is a short walk from Umeda Station. There are tons of restaurants in close proximity. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay! "
