“Everything was good, really nice hotel, clean, good for kids, they only thing I would add is more server in the pool area, my husband and myself always has to leave what we were doing with the kids to order something to eat or drink by the bar .”

“This property is not yet ready for a vacation resort as advertised in your web site. It looks like some one bought a teardown apartment and in the process of renovating them into a resort. Most of the units look like a ghost house. Not even one full building is completely renovated. It is too pre-mature to host such a unit for rentals. Since I came to know of this in the last minute after physically seeing I had no choice but to stay there. I expected that booking packages from Expedia is safe...

“The place is located in a gated community. It is safe, clean, and quiet with a beautiful lake in the back yard. We walked around the lake almost every day and on New Year's Eve, we could watch fireworks from home. The lake reflected the fireworks in the water so we could see the spectacle in both the water and the air.”

“Condo was extremely clean, bright and well lit, had a beautiful view. Kitchen is well apppointed and easy to use with a large island. Elevator is convenient and parking is just a few steps. Has two large bathrooms which is a big plus. Kissimmee, Disney, and all attractions are very close.”

“I had an issue with the AC unit. The night it became unbearable I was unable to reach anyone because the internet was out and so the chat was unavailable also the numbers are only available during office hours and nobody ever answered the emergency number. Therefore when the internet finally was back up the next day I sent a message in the chat and instead of sending a technician that day they tried to fix it through chat. So another night of heat. It was at this point late that night I tried...
