"By far the view of the Tower Bridge and the water are the highlights of this hotel. The lobby area and restaurant is very nice. The rooms are quite outdated and could really use some care. Carpet was dirty in some areas and overall the room was dusty. I only stayed one night so I just dealt with it, but the hotel should really address this. The view of the Tower Bridge from my room though was remarkable and made the stay worth it."

"I dinged one star out of 5 only because you can hear everything, noise from the street, and people next door. Walls are too thin, and looks like the windows are not sound proofed. Other than that, great clean hotel and the service was excellent, they checked us in early as I requested beforehand, and gave us a wonderful anniversary present waiting for in our room. We booked a bigger room, comfortable, nice, didnt like the bathroom design. Shower door does not shut so water leaks out while...

"We booked the Apex Temple Court for our 8 night stay in London and they did not disappoint. The room and bath were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were cordial, professional and very helpful. The hotel is well situated and close to two Tube lines and major bus routes. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. We chose this hotel after careful consideration and we chose well. Highly recommended!"

"Staff was very accommodating. Upgraded room ($) was much nicer than original room and made our stay very enjoyable. Many restaurants ALL around and subway is just down the street less than. 300m away which was very convenient ( also had a grocery store there with alcohol). A stone’s throw away from 3 main museums and the Royal Albert Hall. "

"Good value for the money. Hotel is a bit outdated but we hardly stayed within except only to spend the night while visiting London. Location is excellent, within a very close walking distance from the train station that can connect you anywhere you need to be, including LHR. "

"Their 2 elevators were insufficient for the number of rooms in the hotel. Very limited food available. The bar manager Ari made us feel very comfortable and enjoyed his stories!"

"The hotel is your typical large chain hotel with lots off cruises, tours and conferences staying there. However, the location was awesome especially if your are taking the underground to the airport. Walking distance to museums. Concierge desk was so helpful. "
