“The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️”

“Had a really enjoyable stay here! The staff were friendly, welcoming and more than happy to help with any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a hiking trip, as it's ideally located for exploring nearby walking routes, including Pen y Fan. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my one-night stay. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.”

“Staff were really friendly on arrival, had already filled up and heated the hot tub. Room was clean and was lovely to stay in, couldn’t ask for more. Will defiantly use again”

“Excellent restaurant, staff were good fun ,rooms were spot on”

“It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay”

“The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station”
