Les personnes qui nous ont prit étaient extrêmement gentils et plus que serviables (vraiment adorables), sans compté que les dames qui nous ont reçu parlait extrêmement bien Anglais. "I love this hidden gem, the Yanaka neighborhood is charming and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Tokyo. Very conveniently located to Nippori station for airport transport and quick subway rides to the rest of Tokyo's sights. This neighborhood has some great restaurants and bars as well. "ゲストハウスなのに、バス、トイレ付きの個室が使えたし、駅から近いので、楽チンでした。会社の研修があり、木金でビジネスホテルを探したのですが、友人の情報もあり、試しに初めてゲストハウスを予約してみたのですが、安いし、下手なビジネスより、部屋も広いし、おトクな気がしました。今回は1人でしたが、グループで泊まってもいい部屋タイプもあったので、イベントで遅くなる時なども利用できそうです。研修後、食事をしてからチェックインになったので、少し遅くなったけど、オーナーさんが親切に対応してくれました。ありがとうございました。"

"The first thing you should know is that this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with two flats, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, above a storefront about half way between the Ueno and Asakusa stations. That said, it's not bad as a rental apartment, and was a good fill-in for us when our Air BnB booking was cancelled on short notice. All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages...

"Our stay at the Prince Hotel in Shinagawa was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—especially when we realized after checkout that we had accidentally left our passports in the room safe. They responded immediately and arranged to have the items shipped to our next destination without delay. We are incredibly grateful for their swift and professional assistance—there are truly no words to thank them enough. Our room was very clean and offered outstanding views, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable experience!"
