“Great location. Beautiful views of the harbor, very close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to free hop on hop off shuttle to the Newport Mansions. Nice restaurant/bar onsite.”
“I had booked a deluxe room for 4 nights, but they gave me a different room, and I had to move to the reserved deluxe room after 1 night, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the screen door on the balcony in the new room was torn, allowing many bugs to come in, so I had no choice but to keep the balcony door closed, which was very uncomfortable.”

“We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great....
