"Very beautiful hotel, dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. En-suite onsen was very relaxing. There was construction across the river from our onsen. The hotel can not help that but it affected our experience."

"Except one thing that I will mention at the end — The room was nice and clean. The public baths were great (able to tried both located on 5F and 6F) - well maintained and clean. The view of 6F public bath was spectacular. It’s definitely not convenient location because it’s the terminus station of the bus from Gora. Going back to Gora you will definitely take hotel shuttle which ends at 5pm, or taxi. We happened coming from Gotemba where the bus stops right outside the hotel. So the only thing we didn’t like - the private hot tub in the room. (1) small that could just fit one (we happened to go to another onsen hotel and in-room tub could fit 2); the room’s tub is at the balcony… let’s not say it maybe too cold at night. It was very dark at night too. There were only very dim light at the corner of the balcony making it very dark at night. — the dark and cold and small tub making us impossible to enjoy the private tub in the room. Not sure how others would enjoy or do that at night. But we think it’s just something that looks nice for you to have but it’s just not practical."

"First time visiting Atami and read good reviews of this new hotel that opened in Mar 2026. A resort like building with an interesting ropeway ride to the hotel lobby from ground level. A short walk to the Atami station and walking street as well as the Atami shopping area with many restaurants available. Nice ocean view from the east tower and the beach is just across the hotel. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, housekeeping did a good job in ensuring the room was clean and well maintained."
