I think it is the basic knowledge that customer and hotel both know. If a customer might be confused due to his/her consecutive travels, the hotel must not be confused. โThe staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.

โFriendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well equipped. A/C was effective and quiet, unlike the traffic - but it wasn't unduly disturbing. 10 mins away from New Cairo CBD - so good location. Only problem was the late breakfast time - but they did offer to deliver it early to my room if requiredโ
โThe staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis donโt like picking up jobs in the area...
